The Cliquemas Party! This year we decided to invite the kids to our holiday get together. Sure we didn't get to be waited on at a posh restaurant but we did have a sprawling pot luck at a church with plenty of room for us all. After dinner we played a mean game of dodge ball and the kids participated in a heated round of white elephant. It was a great night as we love to spend time with theses old friends, most of which we've known since high school (so you know there's some good stories there). Can't wait for the next get together!!

Annual pre-Christmas dinner out on the town. We enjoyed Maggiano's at the Fashion Show mall, dropped our letters to Santa, and went on a magical Christmas journey with Shrek. It got late and we weren't able to visit the Atrium at the Bellagio like we planned but we still had a wonderful night. Lauren brought along her friend Brooke and Jace brought along Erick.
Grandma and Grandpa Nelson had their annual fancy Christmas dinner. The tables were set beautifully and the food was delicious. Grandma Nelson read the grandkids a Christmas story just before a surprise visit from Santa. All the kids had a chance to sit on Santa's lap and let him know what they were hoping to open on Christmas morning. It was a great night! Thank you mom and dad for always going the extra mile to make our holidays special.
