My mom is a HUGE Elvis fan therefore the kids know who he is and a lot of his music, so when we found out an Elvis impersonator was coming to our school for a fundraiser we decided to go and invite Grandma. Our principal even got in on the fun and dressed up. He also followed Elvis around and handed him scarves that he would give to people while he was singing. Of course my mom ended up with one and she had him sign it at the end. The kids enjoyed the show too- they each brought a friend and they got to sit up front and they would scream and reach for Elvis when he would walk by. At one point he had all the kids join him on the stage and they had to do the leg shake to "Hound dog." It was a pretty funny show too- even Jason and my dad enjoyed it.
